The Intensive is a dedicated week-long program intended to maximize one's capacity
for love, wisdom and presence by developing intelligent and multifaceted skills.
People can participate in this training to:

develop more capacity, knowledge and pathways for deepening your personal growth
on-goingly

*
embody more confidence and fearlessness about working at the deepest levels of your
psyche, soma and soul.

*
cultivate a more precise discernment about genuine healing and self-actualization

*
learn about and practice skills for supporting the healing and awakening journeys
of loved ones, colleagues and clients

*
receive the necessary skills to begin an apprenticeship as a Bodhisattva Breathwork
and Somatic Psychospiritual Facilitator, and begin the clinical phase of training

*
experience an immersion retreat of Bodhisattva states of awareness and principles
of selfless service through unconditional compassion and presence to all life
Many people who do not intend to become Breathworkers participate in this training
for their own growth and to support their capacity to bring more consciousness,
presence, and transformation to their relationships and work.
Those who intend to, or decide to, begin a Breathwork apprenticeship will continue
on with mentoring and classes from Inspiration faculty and Breathworkers
The Intensive includes:

* Practices to embody Essence
* understanding and experiencing the differentiations and coherence of healing,
developmental growth and essential realization
* History and models of Breathwork-from the science to the Samadhi
* Therapeutic theories and processes including psychodynamic principles, object
relations, attachment theory, neo-Freudian stages of development, Interpersonal
Neurobiology, temperament studies (Enneagram and Jungian), healing through sound,
color, touch and movement, and the interplay of Essence and personality
* Conversations about Consciousness
* Individual breathwork session for each participant
* Stages of listening and communication
* Observations of individual and group sessions-to familiarize participants with
the phases of breath, deepen their inner work, and prepare participants for beginning
a practice and receiving clinical supervision
* Practicing skills of Breathwork and somatically based psycho-spiritual facilitation
* Self-care and Conscious Living Themes

Prerequisite classes:
Awakening, Spiritual Apprenticeship, and Bodhisattva
Inspiration Internationally Certified Breathwork Practitioners are welcome and highly
encouraged to take the Intensive for updated training and new innovations, and as
