Transformations occur physically, emotionally, and cognitively, leading to the deconstruction
of fear-based behaviors and the cultivation of emergent and evolutionary ways of
being. The instructor supports students' exploration of presence and awakening
to their essential selves using didactic teaching, intuitive transmissions, meditations,
Breathwork, self-inquiry, movement, dreams, inner journeys, experiential work, and
teachings from the world's wisdom traditions. The class creates a potent and safe
setting for each participant's journey. The group process is rich and dynamic, the
instructor provides highly individualized attention, and the course guides offer
a loving and consistent container of support. Even decades later many say that
this course was their single most powerful experience in creating and accelerating
healing, as well as fostering profound realization.

Each participant is also required to do at least THREE individual Integrative Breathwork
Sessions with an Inspiration Certified Integrative Breathwork Practitioner over
the course duration. Fees vary depending on the practitioner and students choose
the range they can afford. These sessions are imperative for opening to the depth
and breadth of the course, integrating course material, and the personal transformation
of each student.

Inspiration Breathworkers and Inspiration are developing an international reputation
for excellence in skills, presence, love and multi-dimensional awareness. Our circle
of practitioners is dedicated to cultivating love, wisdom and presence with ourselves,
with each other, and with our clients. Training continues in various classes, teaching,
and peer-settings. Alice Wells guides a monthly supervision for all practitioners
and apprentices, and Jessica also works with each practitioner in individual ways.
All our senior practitioners are available to support each other, and to offer
phone supervision to our apprentice practitioners.
