As per our discussion, below please find the contact information for Mr.
Briones. As indicated, Mr. Briones threatened to call Fox News and reveal
information that would undoubtedly be covered by the attorney-client
privilege. Mr. Briones conduct is not only unprofessional but unethical;
and in the event he followed though on his threats, PGA and the Bidens would
take all appropriate legal action against Stikeman for slander, libel, and
all other available causes of action.


The foregoing shall not be deemed to be a complete statement of our Clients'
position, nor to waive any of our Clients' rights and remedies, all of which
are expressly reserved. Nothing herein may be deemed an admission or
