Paul asked me today if we’d be interested in getting the entire sale price upfront at a discount. I would definitely consider that for even $150,000/200,000, wouldn’t you? I think it is contingent on Lathrop and Gage capitalizing them further, which Paul is asking them to do. Anyway, interesting. Don’t get your hopes up though. Eric D.
