All the more reason to hold out for right of first refusal on pipeline of new development MgW. This pipeline should help lower the overall Price/MW on a aggregated portfolio basis. Could be dramatic depending on how you build the assumptions. Nice work Devon - maybe you are not as useless as I thought.
