Eric,
As we discussed, this email will serve as an agreement between Eudora Global (Eudora) and Seneca Global Advisors (Seneca).

Eudora agrees to partner with Seneca on various projects dealing with both domestic and international transactions. On such projects, Seneca will receive 25% of Eudora's share of equity in said projects.

Seneca agrees to utilize it's wide array of knowledge and relationships to aid the projects to the best of it's ability. Seneca reserves the right to decline to participate in any Eudora project.

Either party has the right to terminate this agreement at any time with 30 days notice.

The following are the projects currently covered under this agreement:
1. Decision Sciences
2. Bick Group
