Does the afternoon of the 15th work for a mtng with John he? If no, I'm sure the 18th is fine.

Why dont you email the Chairman's letter to John and snail-mail it to the Chairman?

Sounds great. The morning of the 16th won't work for Hunter though - he has a Board Meeting that day. A little later in the week would be better - maybe the 18th?

John He said his mtng with the chairman and the board was very positive. While the company has apparently never had a financial arrangement like this, the chairman is on board, and needs to convince the rest of the board. John expects a decision towards the end of the month.


He wants to come to DC and have a meeting with us. How is the morning of March 16th for both of you?
