major inroads.


Arlene deserves lots of credit here. As you know, I have been pushing from
all ends but she successfully found a great way in. This is not a done deal
but I would say it's probably on the 10 yard line.


This will hopefully restart and mend the relationship.


Florida's pension is using them too - this should help.
