Here are the race times for tomorrow's regatta: 1V8: 9:48am (1st to final, 2nd to petite) 2V8: 10:28am (1st to final, 2nd to petite) N8: 3:16pm 1V8 finals and petite (semi) finals will be sometime around noon. 2V8 finals will be just before 2:00 pm Coaches will discuss arrival times with rowers at the crinner tonight. However, 1V and 2V rowers should plan on 8:00 am, novice rowers at 9:00 am and all coxswains at 6:45 am for the 7:00 coxswain meeting. Plan for a long day. Parking will be challenging. More crinner info: For those of you driving to our house tonight from northwest DC or Bethesda,I would suggest the following route for this time of day: I would take Dale Carlia or other similar route to McArthur (or Nebraska to Arizona), then take Arizona to Canal to Chain Bridge. Chain Bridge becomes Glebe Road. Take Glebe to Lee Hwy (Rt 29) (about 2 miles) and make a left. Take Lee Hwy to Kirkwood (just after passing under I66) and make a right. Take the third left onto 17th Street. Take a left at the first stop sign onto Hartford. Go two blocks and we are the painted house on the left at the corner of 18th ROAD and Hartford. (1820 N Hartford 703-524-8011) About 3 blocks from our house, on Wilson Blvd, is the Clarendon area with Whole Foods, Crate and Barrel and other good shopping if you have any errands (or want to get a drink or bite to eat) instead of driving back and forth! Additionally, there is a Giant at Lyon Village Shopping Center at the corner of Lee Hwy and Kirkwood/Spourt Run if you want to wait and pick up your "to bring" items then. Call if you get lost! Nancy
