CLUB PINK PARENTS: Well, the girls broke me down. They have been asking about going to a beach tournament and so I gathered the available info. and told them I would check with you all to see if we can get enough interest to field a team. The Beach Lax tournament is in Ocean City on June 11, 12 and 13. The schedule does not come out until it is full (usually a couple of weeks before the event). June 11 is a Friday, and not all teams can make games on Friday. So it is possible that all games are played on Sat and Sun. I have attached the info that I have. The other possible tournaments are: Warrior Lax Splash in Timonium, June 4-6. We would be in the 11/12 age group, so would be competitive. And then there is Lax Max in Hempstead, MD (a long haul) on June 11-13. We have enough $ in the budget for one tournament fee, but we could decide to do more than one if we have enough interest. Everyone would be responsible for their own transportation and accommodations. But we could assist in trying to keep the families together. So for now, the question is can your daughter be available for Beach Lax? Please respond by letting me know whether they can play on Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday. Also, I am still waiting to hear from five of you about your availability on 4/24, 5/8 and 5/15 for a scrimmage. PLEASE RESPOND NOW. I will report back once you all have responded. Thanks!
