I know your family was very concerned early yesterday with the news of
Beau's mild stroke. I want you to know that Julie and I monitored
reports closely and were relieved by the reports last evening that no
lasting symptoms will occur.

I saw Cynthia Hogan last evening and she said it was fortunate that
the your father was in Delaware for media broadcasts so that that he
could lend his support to the family.

I hope he continues a swift recovery.
