Hi Alan,
We had a good long intro call Friday.  Short version is that I don't think there is anything we want that they don't want us to do.  The issues will be around timing and priority, since they have a big job in front of them and we are around 10,000th on the priority list.
Especially because of the ARRA tax credits expiring at the end of this year, I anticipate this being our biggest challenge with PBF.

Wade meet Matt; Matt meet Wade.  Wade is from Next Fuels, a California base company that has expressed interest in the Co-Generation facility at Delaware City.  He came to us at DEDO through the Vice President’s Office.  Matt is the team leader for PBF on the acquisition of the Delaware City refinery. While Wade and I met a month and a half ago, I did not believe that meeting between the two companies would be productive until DE had reached agreement with PBF.  I am pleased to say that we are at that stage.  While e-mail addresses appear above.
