invitation which President Harker has asked me to send on his behalf to
Vice President Biden. Knowing the complexity and the length of time it
will take if I solely send the invitation by way of the U.S. Postal
service, I have taken the liberty of emailing you a copy so that this
invitation can be extended as soon as possible. Previously you had
assisted me in relaying a letter of invitation and I hope I am not
imposing by assuming you might be able to provide that same assistance
to me at this time.

It is my intention to also send a hard copy of this letter to Vice
President Biden at the address I have noted on it. Thank you, in
