Hi everyone.
Although the weather is finally warm, our rowers spent many cold mornings at practice this season. With the memory of those cold mornings in mind, we are offering an option to purchase a JL Racing polartec fleece pullover with the Sidwell crew logo.


This is totally optional--not part of the team uniform. It's just a warmer complement to the jackets the girls currently have.


The cost per jacket is $70, payment due in advance. I will be at the race this Saturday, You are welcome to place an order then. I will need to collect payment when you place the order--either a check or cash. If you don't want to buy the fleece now (or at all), no worries. We will also plan to place another order next winter, when we purchase uniforms for new rowers.

There will be an arrangement made for novice rowers who wish to purchase the pullover---since you won't be at this Saturday's regatta. Information will be sent to you about this in the next day or so.


Please see the attachment I've included for an idea of what it would look like (the example on the left--burgundy armstripe). It will include the same white embroidered logo on the left chest that appears on the current team jacket, and "Sidwell Friends" on the armstripe--same as the tech shirt.


As far as sizes, the fleece is looser than our tech shirts, but closer fitting than a regular jacket. I would suggest going up at least one size.
