FYI, just so we are all on the same page, we are going to have to have a
come to jesus talk with Lorenzo next week, but let's save it for next week.
Devon wants to sign the agreement with them giving us our 25% equity in
Ormazabal first before we talk to him further on retainers, etc. and plans
to do so today or Monday at the latest. I think it makes sense. I put the
marker down with Lorenzo yesterday and Devon and I are pretty sure we have a
roadmap on how to proceed with him next week, but during your Madrid stay I
would just be Mr. Positive. Although feel free to give him shit about being
"socially disadvantaged," which I have been doing after he had his meeting
with DOT and they wanted to help him because he is socially disadvantaged.
As far as this Spanish train company he wants us to talk to, my guess is HSR
may be a stretch in the US, but they have a long track record in the US for
subway cars, etc and I think we could possibly helpful there.
