Spoke with Rufus and he does not care which date we select for the dc event. Does not care at all. Thinks we will have better success for thur since there may be folks who do not want to leave finance mtg. Therefore I recommend wed eve.

April 13-5-6 pm in dc

May 20-early eve in NYC

May 24-early eve in Philly

May 27-possible early eve in DC (still trying to work things out)

June 21-day or early eve in FL

July 8 early eve or July 9 for lunch in CA (we need to go to LA so that would be our preference but will go to northern if that is more beneficial)
