Hi Alan,

We had a good long intro call Friday. Short version is that I don't think there is anything we want that they don't want us to do. The issues will be around timing and priority, since they have a big job in front of them and we are around 10,000th on the priority list.

Especially because of the ARRA tax credits expiring at the end of this year, I anticipate this being our biggest challenge with PBF.

He came to us at DEDO through the Vice President’s Office. Matt is the team leader for PBF on the acquisition of the Delaware City refinery.
