* During Kamala Harris' tenure as district attorney, San Francisco's homicide rate has gone up 32% -- and now San Francisco has the highest homicide rate in California.

* Kamala Harris opposes the death penalty, even for cop killers.

* On Kamala Harris' watch, a recent scandal has engulfed the city's drug lab -- causing Harris to drop hundreds of current drug cases, while threatening to reopen thousands of previously decided cases - even though these problems have been known for many years.

* Kamala Harris' lenient treatment of criminals has created a "revolving door" for crime in San Francisco -- infuriating members of the police department -- and now San Francisco County has one of the highest of rates of felons who re-offend.

The San Francisco Chronicle recently reported on these "tough questions about her record" and more, raising serious doubts about her qualifications to serve as California Attorney General.
