Wade meet Matt; Matt meet Wade. Wade is from Next Fuels, a California base company that has expressed interest in the Co-Generation facility at Delaware City. He came to us at DEDO through the Vice President's Office. Matt is the team leader for PBF on the acquisition of the Delaware City refinery. While Wade and I met a month and a half ago, I did not believe that meeting between the two companies would be productive until DE had reached agreement with PBF.
