After yesterday's flurry of emails, we'll all be coming to Baltimore hungry---and in anticipation of the great food. However, when the email volume is high, it makes it much more likely that people will miss the important emails. For future communications, please consider the following (new) guidelines: 1. If an email needs to be sent to the entire group, please send it to one of the presidents for distribution. 2. If a group wants to discuss a specific topic such as camps, try to find a contact person and form a specific email discussion group as quickly as you can. 3. Explore the team snap web site for ways to communicate and post information when appropriate. 4. Think twice before hitting "reply all". There are 83 people on this email list. Thanks so much.
