Guys,

Looking forward to catching up on Real Estate and other projects. Things
are going extremely well. We should be fully committed by Thursday and
funded by middle of next week. This is a very compelling and exciting
platform for us to leverage at a time when the opportunity set in front

If you guys want to come to DC the 29th would be the best day that
week. Hunter, Mike and I are in New Orleans Monday thru Wed for
SmartSynch and Hunter is in Boston with Beau of Friday of that week.
If you want to do NY the following week would work.

If we don't want to mix messages we can focus on real estate only but
we also are developing a few clients that are now paying us a % of
sales and it would be worth going through those opportunities for
everyone as well at some point in case people have potential customers.
