I did a little research, and it seems like you can either spend no time or full time on it. But at the very least it makes reading the box scores a bit more fun! Essentially we set an automatic draft, and you can either customize your rankings, or just go with the experts. Then its plug and play all season long. There are iphone apps, etc to track.
