Good morning everyone! I wanted to flag for you all the major events the Beau Biden Foundation is having in 2019, in hopes you will be able to join us. April 27 - BBF Trail Run for Child Protection. 10 am start at Granogue Estate in Wilmington (2900 Montchanin Rd, Wilmington, DE 19807). We added a 30k this year! If you’d like to run, please let me know. We’ll still have the 5k and 10k options as well. May 20 - BBF Sussex County Golf Outing, Cocktail Reception and Silent Auction. Peninsula Country Club (32981 Peninsula Esplanade, Millsboro, DE 19966). Check in and brunch start at 10, golf at Noon, reception and silent auction at 6 pm. If there’s anyone you think would be interested in becoming a sponsor or playing, please let me know (I’ve attached the flyer). September 23 - BBF Wilmington Golf and Tennis Outing, Cocktail Reception and Silent Auction. Wilmington Country Club (4825 Kennett Pike, Wilmington, DE 19807). Check in and brunch start at 9, golf at 11:30, tennis at Noon, reception at 5. We’re definitely hoping to expand the tennis piece of this event. So if you know of any tennis players, send them our way. Flyer is also attached. November 10 - BBF Run for Child Protection. Wilmington Riverfront. 10 am start. This year, we’re adding a 10 miler, in addition to the standard 5k. The registration page for this will open May 1. Let me know if you’d like to run!
