The first was the version signed by Owasco, PC and Aqaba and dated 2008. The second is the most current one which was executed by Owasco, LLC and Aqaba in 2015 to reflect the fact that Hunter switched the entities he owned Skaneateles under from the Corporation to the LLC for tax purposes. I don’t believe there was any change to the language in the 2015 document aside from the change of entity ownership on RHB’s part. Let me know if you need anything else. Thanks, Eric Eric D.
