FYI, see below. Rick Terven and Hite are pissed.. they have been working with your mom's staff for six months to get her to this Comm College and got the stiff arm.

You don't have to do anything, just wanted you to know in case you run into Rick or Hite. As you know they have been trying to get a meeting with your dad for 6 months as well.
Billy Hite wanted 30 minutes with him about the stimulus, etc... can't get it done..

They love Evan and she is really tightrope walking on this, because I know how many requests the VP and POTUS are getting, but these guys feel like they deserve better since they were the first union to endorse.

Mr. Treven, thanks again for contacting us with an invitation for Dr. Biden to give the commencement address at the Westmoreland County Community College, May 6th Commencement. This invitation was of particular interest to us and surely received full consideration – in fact, it was among the final batch of schools prioritized by our team. However, this year we are unable to accept.

We do hope that consideration will be given to extending an invitation to Dr. Biden for the 2011 year.
