Thank you to everyone who has already donated cookies or offered to be helpers. The PA desperately needs more cookies and wrapper helpers the morning of Wednesday, March 17th at 7:45 am in the dining room. This project is a lovely Sidwell tradition, cookies are delivered to all teachers, administrators, security guards... everyone who works in the upper school. Please consider baking 2-3 dozen small sized cookies and/or volunteering to help wrap the cookies on Wednesday! Without your help this project cannot succeed!

Re-Scheduled Teacher Appreciation Day Volunteers Needed

Wednesday, March 17 St. Patrick’s Day Cookie Bake

The US Parents Association is re-scheduling our Teachers Appreciation Cookie Bake to Wednesday, March 17 – St. Patrick’s Day to celebrate our wonderful teachers and staff. Thank you to all of you who originally volunteered. We need you and hope you can join us once again and engage your friends to do the same.

Traditionally the 11th Grade takes the lead on this Teacher Appreciation event. We will need TEN parents to meet in the Upper School Dining Room on Wednesday, March 17th no later than 7:45am to help put together 160 St. Patrick’s festive bags of homemade cookies. Last year it took about an hour to assemble the delicious cookie bags. Cookies will be wrapped that morning in the dining room by the parent volunteers.

The faculty welcomes these special St. Patrick’s Day treats. The USPA thanks you for your help in showing our appreciation to the incredible Sidwell staff.
