Are you trying to go through the "enterprise activation" process under "options?" We dont have to do that anymore (was for when we still used AppRiver). You should be able to go to the "setup" icon, "email settings" and then go through the prompts (with your @rosemontseneca.com email and your usual password). Let me know if that works...
