That's a good idea on working an Abel/Chris combo on the sustainable properties. Did you mention it tonight? Do we need to create a book on the properties or do they have one? I also think Paul Sohn (Lone Rock) under the Rosemont Seneca platform would be inclined as well. Let's talk approach and timing.

Matador is just beginning to frustrate. We need to talk to Pedro directly. I'm tired of Lorenzo controlling that dialogue and we should discuss that too.

No further info from our friends Abel and Lorenzo- just a lot of "its going to happen" bullshit. I knew DE went well, but didn't know how well. Javier is ecstatic and excited- the University is perfect research partner for them and DE (Blue Water Wind) is most likely first offshore wind project in US.

I talked to Abel about RE fund and got him further pumped up about his commitment. We should have him buy out the Chesapeake deal (18-20M) that has a 41% IRR.

In fact Chris should think about it through family office- a world class highly sustainable eco friendly blah blah blah project- that we could deploy DuCool and Smart Sync and Bloom Box technology into. We would sell the thing out in 3 months- there isn't a property like it on East Coast- in fact we could make it unique in country- a premiere Rosemont Seneca property.
