D- Here is a little on the retrofitting of buildings in the Coalition's
Power Point. The Green Bank idea is relying on the Government to kick start
it with money - your idea says that labor could do the same by creating
smaller funds to do the retrofitting. Hunter - wonder why Amalgamated can't
do some of this?
