Please arrive promptly and bring no more guests than listed above. Attached you will find a West Wing tour route map. The West Wing Tour Guide can be located online at: http://www.eop.gov/tours/forms/West-Wing-Tour-Guide.pdf. Additional information on West Wing Tours and other White House tours can be found at http://www.eop.gov/tours. *The Office of Management and Administration reserves the right to cancel tours at any time, up to and including the day and time of the tour. Tours will not be conducted if the President is in the Oval Office. Due to time constraints, canceled tours will not be rescheduled. * Please remember that you are responsible for your guests at all times. We encourage you to share the West Wing Tour Guidelines with your guests prior to their arrival. Enjoy your tour. *West Wing Tour Guidelines: * · Guests should be advised to wear clothing appropriate for the nature of the West Wing – business or business casual. Badge holders are responsible for ensuring that all of their guests, including children, are dressed appropriately. *Jeans and shorts are not allowed.* · Please conduct your tour at the time specified in your confirmation email and refrain from arriving early or late. Always follow the designated tour route. · Tours must exit the White House complex by 10 pm nightly. · Badge holders must sign-in at the USSS desk located in the WW basement entrance before conducting a tour regardless of badge color or office location. · *No food or beverages. * · There are stairs on this tour. If you have a guest that will require the use of a wheelchair, please let White House Tours know by responding to this email prior to the day of the tour. · *Photos are allowed ONLY in the Press Briefing Room or when outside*. Please notify your guests of this policy before the tour. · Please be mindful of other tours and move your group along in a timely manner. · Staff cannot bring tours to East Wing, EEOB or other areas not located on the tour. · Tours should enter the Brady Press Briefing Room from the driveway entrance, not through the Lower Press Office door. · Stay within the roped areas of the Brady Press Briefing Room. · Photos may be taken in the Brady Press Briefing Room. · Do not stand at the podium, which will be roped off during tours. Because of the glass backdrop and panels and sensitive electronic equipment installed during the renovation, photos may only be taken while standing in front of or next to the podium/stage. · Please be considerate of any members of the Press Corps who may be in the area working. · Once the tour is completed, staff must promptly escort guest to the gate to depart the WH grounds via the Southwest Gate
