Hey Guys,


After our weekly call with Transatlantic I am going to circulate action
items that were identified during our discussion. Hopefully this well be
helpful keeping people focused. Let me know if I am missing anything or if
you have any suggestions on ways to make these emails more effective.


1) RHB/EDS discuss appropriate Talgo follow up.

2) Need more tangible examples of MWOBs securing contracts in
rail/construction space (ie case studies) to show Colas, and others, the
advantage of setting up a JV (more of a TE action item, but I have some
ideas in mind as well).

3) Continue to track HSR ARRA projects. (re Talgo / Colas)

4) Determine best way “in” on GE. EDS contact Sam (NY) and NC reach out
to Ann Fudge. (re Ormazabal)

5) NC reach out to contacts at Accenture (need RFP first?). (re
Ormazabal)

6) Need to open a US bank account (DA lead, Deutsche?).

7) Discuss Runway to Green with LR next week in DC.
