Hofer has photographed United Nations World Food Program (WFP) operations in Nicaragua and Kenya, and her collection, "Hope Is A Red Cup," serves as the inspiration for the event. African art provided by the local Amber Tree Gallery and art from Haiti and El Salvador will also be on display and for sale with a percentage of the proceeds going to Friends of WFP. During the reception, international dance groups will perform on the half hour.
