With the news that we'll have a JRB event in LA on Thurs, April 29th (likely an evening event, according to Alan), let's try and explore extending the trip to build a few other events. Scheduling is going to be a bit tricky (Beau is the keynote speaker at a Saturday lunch in Dover), so let's start with prioritizing the locations and how many events at each location. For example, we know we have an evening event on the 29th in LA. Should that be the only LA event? If we go to San Francisco, should we aim for one or two events? And would they, ideally, be breakfast, lunch, dinner, or nighttime events? And do we have reason to go to San Diego? The scheduling would probably involve, depending on the events, leaving Wednesday and coming back on the redeye Friday night. Let's start an ideal plan and we can hold the time on Beau's schedule and make it work. Thanks -- Alexander Snyder-Mackler (302) 598-867
