I told both of you this, but I have the final draft agreement with 4Tell. $7500 a month retainer with a % of sales. Retainer would scale down as we bring in revenue from sales. All fine as far as I am concerned. One question. We would get 1% of sales for just a pure introduction. That is we don't attend the meeting just set it up. We get 4% if we go as well and make a follow up call or two. That's fine unless anyone thinks I should push for 2% for the intro instead of 1%. By the way, for larger more strategic relationships we can make up to 8%. Again, I think we can send people to the meetings and get the 4% but let me know if I should negotiate up on the 1%.
