Hunter - for Eric’s use. Mike Muldoon Rosemont Seneca Partners, LLC 1010 Wisconsin Ave., NW Suite 705 Washington, DC 20007 (202) 333-1880 mmuldoon@rosemontseneca.com <eschwerin@obblaw.com> *P** **Consider the environment before printing this email.*** *From:* Michael Muldoon [mailto:mmuldoon@rosemontseneca.com] *Sent:* Tuesday, March 30, 2010 2:45 PM *To:* 'Eric Schwerin'; 'Rob Walker'; 'ncallahan@rosemontseneca.com' *Subject:* Ormazabal Email (NY/OR) Rob, tentative dates for OR would be April 12th (Mon) and 13th (Tues). Sam, Per our conversation earlier this month, please find attached information on Ormazabal and their core business – medium voltage electrical equipment and services. As we discussed, Ormazabal is looking to open a number of production (assembly/manufacturing) and service facilities across the US. The projected numbers include a $20 million investment (including federal/state incentives) and 200 *new* jobs by the end of 2014. This investment and job creation could be all in one state or across multiple states depending on the opportunities and incentives. In addition to creating their own facilities, Ormazabal is looking at potential acquisition targets to expand their US footprint. Ormazabal recently created a US subsidiary that is a licensed minority owned business. The Company’s leadership team is conducting due diligence on various sites across the country to determine locations for the aforementioned facilities. Under all scenarios, Ormazabal’s initial investment will lead to job creation, technological transfer and increased US exports. Javier Ormazabal, Chairman and CEO, will be in New York on April 19th and were hoping to meet with representatives from the State regarding incentives they may be eligible for (should they locate a facility in NY) given their industry expertise and status as a minority owned company. Any assistance you can provide in facilitating these meetings would be greatly appreciated. Best, Eric Mike Muldoon Rosemont Seneca Partners, LLC 1010 Wisconsin Ave., NW Suite 705 Washington, DC 20007 (202) 333-1880 mmuldoon@rosemontseneca.com <eschwerin@obblaw.com> *P** **Consider the environment before printing this email.*** *From:* Rob Walker [mailto:rwalker@rosemontseneca.com] *Sent:* Thursday, March 25, 2010 5:13 PM *To:* Michael Muldoon; Eric Schwerin *Subject:* RE: Ormazabal Email (NY/OR) Did Sam say anything about the advantages of being minority owned? *From:* Michael Muldoon [mailto:mmuldoon@rosemontseneca.com] *Sent:* Thursday, March 25, 2010 4:22 PM *To:* Eric Schwerin; Robert Walker *Subject:* Ormazabal Email (NY/OR) Thoughts?
