Attached please find the updated schedule for the trip to China. Please note
the following changes:


1. The dinner on the 7th with Hillhouse was cancelled. Instead Lei
Zhang (CEO of Hillhouse) will meet you all on at 9am on April 8th at his
office and he will accompany you all to the CIC meeting. Mr. Zhang is a
close personal friend of CIC Chairman and even if the Chairman is not
available for the meeting Mr. Zhang he will make sure that you see him at
some point in their offices;

2. The meetings with the China Life and China National Social Security Fund
have switched days (they are still both at 2:30pm). The meeting with the
National Social Security Fund is now April 7th and China Life is April 8th;

3. You will notice we have the names of the individuals you will be meeting
with; and

4. All of addresses of meetings and meals are filled in.


Also, Jim has some additional luggage he would like to bring on Jim Gordon's
plane. Do you think that will be ok?
