I would guess that the spanish company will be the client for now, however I am not sure about it. I should have contact today or tomorrow. Would the US Entity be the client or would the Spanish Entity be the client? Accenture covers their client geographically so theyd service out of New York or Madrid and the corresponding revenue to those offices. Do you have any more information on a project brief? Right now I am positioning the engagement at developing a business development plan / market research type project.
