I can confirm that the Paradigm Funds are currently in the process of
orderly liquidation. What little revenue is derived from Paradigm Global
Advisors' management fees is dedicated exclusively to the expenses related
to the process of unwinding the funds. PGA and its related corporate
entities will be dissolved at the completion of this process.

Hi Marc how are you doing? It has been a while-I hope all is well with the
family and for you.


Hunter called me today regarding the request I made to Markus for some
statement for my accountant to allow me to write off my various Paradigm
investments and the Note due. He told me you had some concern about issuing
something in writing? According to the accountant I do not need much, some
simple statement justifying his taking the position that no payments are
going to be forthcoming. Hunter suggested a simple affirmation that the
company is in the process of orderly liquidation and will not be able to
repay its Note.
