If a check is deposited it will have to clear and then I am letting you know, I am going to have to get a signed letter authorization by both parties before any funds will be released. If there is a deposit made into the Skaneateles account I will let you know. But you need to know it is still, by our records, owned by both you and Eric. You both have access. If you have paperwork showing otherwise, we can update the account and remove Eric or add someone else or do whatever is needed. My hands are tied if there is a dispute between you and Eric, we are forced to get two party authorization before any transaction can be made. That is for your protection. If money is in the account any amortized person can move the money, so to protect everyone we must freeze the account, then get authorization from ALL parties in order to make transactions. We are here to help you get this done and transitioned. Edward E. I was under the impression that it was wired to some account set cup any Eric. I dont know how otherwise it would have been mailed to Eric. Regardless it should have been deposited on the 23rd and ive been told it was deposited into an account and was waiting for it to clear. Apparently Eric is holding the check for some reason but its not his to hold- no matter what other arrangements he is insisting upon. Thirteen days later now. Mesires" <[email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>> Hunter, I wanted to let you know Skaneateles got another check from Eudora today. This one represents proceeds from the sale of 35% of CitizensRx that just closed and is in the amount of $896,987. I am hoping that the receipt of this money will allow us to finalize the terms of our Redemption Agreement ASAP and settle up any outstanding debts. Happy to do whatever is necessary to get this done quickly and I’ll make this a priority. As always, copying George to see if he can be of help in resolving this. In the meantime while we are finalizing the terms of the Redemption Agreement, I can deposit the $21,590.00 check we received from Eudora a few weeks ago, take out $1,154.75 for the Skaneateles liability insurance premium which is overdue and then distribute out the remainder of that check according to our 75/25 splits. That would leave $15,326,44 for you and $5,108.81 for me assuming you agree with this plan. Again, hopefully this is the excuse we need to focus on our agreement. Thanks, Eric Eric D.
