Wait until you see our March special events calendar....and a look back at our teaching team...... Dear Flow Community, Perhaps the greatest gift a teacher can give is to help students unearth their own deep source of wisdom & intuition. From my experience, as a forever student, seeker and studio owner - that exchange most often happens when teachers are steady in their own wisdom journey and skilled at building trust and holding space for others. I am so grateful for the teachers who have gathered in this way at Flow & made their teaching home here with us. Our team is large, over 30 and growing in diversity, yoga style and offerings -- with each teacher bringing their own special magic to their classes. They wake up early, stay late, take risks, follow their dreams, and stand strong in their passion to practice. Together we laugh, debate, grow, support and learn from each other. This past month we spent time honoring & recognizing them on Instagram and will continue into March. We hope you follow along as we continue to celebrate them! >>continue reading The Original Baby Cobra...want more cuteness? The training is completely comprehensive, covering everything from yoga philosophy to flowing vinyasa, sequencing to sanskrit, anatomy to assisting. The guest teachers are full of knowledge and experience, giving the training a rich fullness and providing each trainee with a rare and unique experience. It prepared me to be the teacher and yoga studio owner I am today!" — Carissa Ciuca, Breathing Room Owner/Director “My first yoga teacher training was at Flow and was such an inspiring experience. I loved the multitude of teachers and modalities we explored and the focus of turning to your own practice to teach from. It is still my favorite teacher training experience and very much set the ground for teacher I’ve become over the past nine years.” — Mary Beth LaRue, LA-Based Yoga Teacher, Life Design Coach, & Writer Flow Yoga Center | 1450 P St. NW, Washington, DC 20005 Unsubscribe hbiden@rosemontseneca.com Update Profile | About our service provider Sent by debra@flowyogacenter.c
