He takes 100% of BD. He takes 25% of all debt. He has no equity in anything beyond the BD. He resolves every issue I have with missing account passwords unknown bills or Accounts, etc.., He deposits the check before another day goes by. He disparages me again to anyone he pays me. If he’s the source of any information good bad or indifferent he pays me. He gets Joan to sign also. I get the full Cooper check if he gets 100% of BD and it’s tax write off. Let’s understand that more. He helps resolve tax issues. My concession is that I truly owe him nothing. He owns 0% of the BD and he owns 25% of Skaneateles in revenue not equity. Revenue of which he is no longer due after he was fired 2 years ago or longer. So fuck him. >> >> Sent from my iPhone >> >> On Mar 6, 2019, at 3:28 PM, Mesires, George R. <George.Mesires@faegrebd.com> wrote: >> >>> Hunter – please see below. >>> >>> George >>> >>> George R. So I feel like that was a concession I made before even making the original proposal. >>> >>> >>> On Mar 6, 2019, at 3:00 PM, Mesires, George R. <George.Mesires@FaegreBD.com> wrote: >>> >>> Questions/comments in red.
