Bill Morgan 50/50. It's as much his returns that generated hours (the only operating business left that required bill Morgans attention was and is the BD. Clearly Bill had to do the same amount of work for both our returns. The on ly business Eriic did anything for in the past three years was the BD. None of the businesses ever generated any income because of any of Eric’s efforts to attract clients. Nevertheless all of my businesses under RSA existed for the past 4 years while Eric and Joan remained employees to provide income to only Eric and Joan and rent for the space they occupied and the services they used.

If he keeps negotiating deal is off. Tell him to put the check in escrow. I will fire him. Tomorrow from. The BD officially and I will sue him for any myriad of things. But the first two are certain ties. He keeps this shit up and I’m don e.
