Guys,
Google has a collaboration tool that is in beta that I would like to try and
use.
They are letting folks request access at this point to trial it.
Can we request access to wave using our channels into google?

OK - just talking to them now and he agreed. Said he realized we hadn't discussed and it is standard but he understood and agreed pretty easily. Clear that is was a "let me leave it in and see if they say anything". Really probably should have pushed back on the retainer and said we should do $7500

Good deal. FYI, they also have the retainer as $7500 for months one and two, $5000 for months three and four and $2500 for months five and six. I am OK with that if we don't have to have the retainer be an advance on commissions.
